OUR LAB’S RESEARCH:
Dr. Chandan Vaidya’s lab conducts a range of interdisciplinary projects, with a main focus on the neural mechanisms of self-regulation and learning across development, alongside two undergraduate-led projects examining cognitive and behavioral adaptation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RESEARCH ASSISTANTS:
Must be a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at Georgetown University.
In the summer we do offer positions for those outside of GU!
Ability to work 10 hours per week (at least 6 of those must be in person).
Must stay on board for at least 2 semesters.
Ability to work with a team!
No prior research experience is required!!
OUR UNDERGRAD STUDIES:
Our undergraduate research assistants have the amazing oppurtunity to run studies completely independently. With the help of Dr.Vaidya and lab manager Gianna, our RA’s complete their own recruitment, running of participants, organization and analyzing of data, write ups, etc.!
